BTVC model as in bayesian time varying coefficient model for media mix

Thanks for an awesome package.
I was wondering if you have an concrete example of the BTVC model that was used in the paper: https://arxiv.org/pdf/2106.03322.pdf
One line of thought i have is that it is unclear if the restriction on 0 <= B <= 1 hold in the proposed algorithm?
