Generate pathway issues

The most important page is the pathway generation page which takes input of your interests, experiences, time commitments and generates a roadmap for you. ACM at UCLA can use this website to seamlessly automate and engage underclassmen to strategically choose their starting point and attend the relevant workshops.

• The generate page is a plain static page at the moment. This means that the "Generat" button is missing from here too just like in Landing page #2 . I think both the bugs are related and should be handled using the correct state handlers.
• The navbar/logo of the website is missing from the top of the page. This page doesn't even feel like its part of ACM at UCLA.

Once the static nature of this page is fixed, then only we can go ahead and test the other pages and the backend once we test the path generation. So this is a high priority job so that we can move to the next steps.
