Add a Block section with complete templates in docs

Please create a shadcn CLI plate.json to facilitate development and installation, in the same way as with the shadcn ui blocks dashboard, it creates several templates, for example: complete template, simple template and so on, the development process needs to be fast and assembling the component one by one does not make it easier, you can add a BLOCK area in the documentation, it would be much simpler and more people would use it.
