List not unwrapped properly in empty editor

Description

When you have an empty editor and you add a list and then press backspace, the list is removed but the list item is wrapped in a paragraph instead resulting in a bullet still showing and very strange behavior.

- Select everything in the preview window and remove everything.
- Add a bulleted list, don't type anything and press Backspace.
