Feature Request: Option to set default Details toggled state to 'open'

Description

I would love an option to have the Details component start in the "open" toggle state. It's annoying to be able to create the element with the keyboard but then have to stop and go click the element + position your cursor to add content to that section.

I would also love placeholder support in the DetailContent area; right now it's a little unclear where the typing area is when the section is open. I'm currently hacking a placeholder into that area using CSS.

Use Case

I'm creating docs with a lot of toggle sections and the extra mouse clicks are getting annoying. Ideally I can configure Details to defaultOpen: true and fully navigate that element with the keyboard.
