To focus (but not click) on an element/link I would click "/ + F" (Could be any character, not necessarily "/")
This would help for me to be able to focus a specific iFrame or Container, then use PageUp / PageDown, or Tab between elements starting there. Currently, I have to click on the area with my mouse before I can use PageUp/PageDown
