Use auxiliary history files as input for atm_ds2s_docn_dice test

Description

The atm_ds2s_docn_dice test currently combines mediator history files from a separate model run for "cplhist" input. This test fails to run on WCOSS2 with issues using ncrcat from module nco (#2186 (comment)) to combine mediator history files of the preceding coupled test. nco can also require tinkering to module load on HPC (#2385 (comment)). Mediator history files are also larger than needed, e.g., including variables exported from CMEPS to the components as well.

Solution

Use auxiliary history files directly written with multiple times as input for atm_ds2s_docn_dice test (once issue with bad output is fixed).

Alternatives

Use multiple mediator history files as stream input. Then, file sizes would be larger than needed and configuring input streams is more complex.
