When i try to connect to uGet QA system, i get an error:
"The certificate for ugetdm.com expired on 9/15/2023."
- When i proceed anyhow with an exception, i get this, which is even worse:
When i visit the uGet link on https://aria2.github.io/ i get an 403 page.

Yes, exactly as TriMoon has written, +1

In addition:

It doesn't seem possible to access documentation from the main website (page not found error).
No longer seems possible to submit a message via the website: "There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later."
