I think this will require a call to Tapestry.loadScriptsInReply(reply, callback)

tapestry-atmosphere.js will possibly change to:

request.onMessage = function (response) {
   ...
   for (var clientId in message) {
      var singleResponse = message[clientId];
      ...
      var doNothing = function() {};
      Tapestry.loadScriptsInReply(singleResponse, doNothing);
   }
