Can't build due to jcenter shutdown

Describe the bug

> Could not resolve all files for configuration ':app:libreReleaseCompileClasspath'.
   > Could not find com.arialyy.aria:core:3.8.12.
     Required by:
         project :app
   > Could not find com.waynejo:androidndkgif:0.3.3.
     Required by:
         project :app
   > Could not find com.hyman:flowlayout-lib:1.1.2.
     Required by:
         project :app

Looks like these libs are hosted on jcenter and they are not available anymore.
