Displays the state/messaging of a document's links, (including variants).
Fixes umbraco/Umbraco-CMS#17388.
Types of changes
How to test?
Test out with a variety of document states: new document (unsaved), draft, published, unpublished, and then a combination of states for document variants, e.g. published in the default culture, but variant culture is not created.
