(bug): Delete teams

We can add a delete teams options so that the ones that are not used can be deleted easily.

there are issues deleting teams, what happens to every convo which mentions the teams?

Assuming that we delete a team, if it has been tagged in any space we need to make sure that on clicking it shows a 404 page for teams in ui or just simpley show some sort of badge like "removed" or a strike-thorugh making it disabled instead of that tag field. For the db part ig we have to clear all the records and associated tables related to it. This would require understanding a complete view of how our enitre db is structred.
