Option to switch off array concatention

Array concatention may not be ideal default behaviour. would be great to have a config option to not merge arrays by default, but rather have arrays replacing arrays

for now I just use:

const defu = createDefu((obj, key, value) => {
if (Array.isArray(value) && Array.isArray(obj[key])) {
      obj[key] = value; // comment if you want to retain value
      return true
    }
});
