[FEATURE] Force language in xcloud independent of region

Describe the feature

Currently xcloud works in specific regions, among the list shown there is no Spanish-speaking country, so when selecting USA as an example, the video games will automatically come out with the English language.

Describe the use case

It would be great if the user, besides choosing the region, also had the option to choose the language in which to load the game. Is this possible? I don't know if the option exists in the service that is consumed by xcloud.
