[Bug] very dark screen

Describe the bug

very dark screen whenever I stream using the Mac app, Xbox is next to me and active, screen on the tv is bright

To Reproduce

1. Open app on Mac
2. Start streaming

Expected behavior

Normal brightness

Environment

- OS: MacOS
- Device: Macbook Pro
- Greenlight version: 2.3.1

I also ran into this issue and believe I've identified a workaround if not a root cause. When this happened to me it was because I first had the game open on the Xbox (which I was readily using with a controller). What fixed it for me was:

• Put the Xbox into rest mode
• Hit the power button to turn it on, do not sign into an account, do not turn on a controller
• Get Greenlight up and running, start a stream

So my guess is it's got something to do with either starting a game on Xbox first or possibly just signing into the account you're going to remote play with before connecting with Greenlight

I am having this issue also. I will try your suggestion and update this comment.

I also found that changing the color profile in display settings helped.

Update

**I didnt realise the game itself (and some others I see) have a brightness option and using this has resolved this problem **
