What would you like to be added:

Currently the PersonPicture control is implemented only in WUX namespace on Uno.UI - ideally we should move it to MUX, as the WUX version is considered obsolete.

Why is this needed:

This should also inculde adding an entry to Unsupported folder for WUX PersonPicture https://github.com/unoplatform/uno/tree/master/src/Uno.UI/UI/Xaml/Controls/Unsupported
