feat: support taro

This would be too much to maintain in our code base. It's better for them to have some metadata json that describes the APIs they have.

@antfu I hope so too, This can be used as a temporary solution until taro provided metadata json.
should I close or keep open this pr?

I will probably suggest having it on the userland until we have a better solution on this. Thanks.
