What problem are you facing?

This proposal suggests replacing "kubectl get managed -o yaml" with "crossplane beta trace" in uptest runs to improve visibility in CI. There seems to be no need for the full output of "kubectl get managed -o yaml" in every loop; we can obtain this information in case of errors and dump it using the control plane
