To allow other people to work on/use the application locally, at the minimum a set of steps for local deployment should be provided:

How to get tools needed (e.g. rtx to fetch sbt etc.)
How to start the server locally
How to start the frontend locally
Ensuring it works on Firefox, Chrome and Safari out of the box locally
