Access to documentation in light of HERE OTA Connect discontinuation

I don't know if it's just because I don't have an account, or for other reasons, but every single link in the README (linking to HERE's website) is dead.

I have a project I'm interested in using OSTree for, but I'm having a difficult time getting started without any documentation. I would appreciate it if an alternative source for docs were available. I understand that I'll need to host my own update server.

The sources for the docs are in Asciidoc at https://github.com/uptane/aktualizr/tree/master/docs/ota-client-guide I can't recall off the top of my head how to build them locally. Maybe @tkfu knows how to build them locally?

Maybe we should just redirect to https://github.com/uptane/aktualizr/blob/master/docs/ota-client-guide/modules/ROOT/nav.adoc instead? Maybe adding a readme on how to build the documentation from scratch.

At least then we don't need to rely on a website hosting it.
