Authenticatation not done for tasks #488

Expected behavior

Same authentication mechanisme as for get messages sending to api with authentication.
Using configurer secret

Actual behavior

Api Get messages: publish messages from phone to api, in post is authenticated.
Api tasks: polling for tasks towards api is not authenticated
