Component model for NIST Transactive Energy Challenge

This project contains:

1. UML Model of an Abstract Component Model to support comparable Transactive Energy simulations on multiple platforms.
2. A Microsoft Word (TM) export of that model
3. A sample applied "Beta Use Case" contributed by PNNL using Gridlab-D that demonstrates and application of the abstract model.
