Consolidate pages for easier discoverability and management.

Need to confirm which pages to consolidate:

• cm-zombie-defense-updates
• jb-zombie-defense-training
• cm-zombie-defense-updates
• jb-zdt-course-evaluation
• jb-sch-app-test
• jb-uat-round-3
• jb-schedule-appointment
• jb-set-up-appointment
• mm-zombie-site

Do we want to include all of these in main or create a single branch per research effort? For example, consolidate all zombie branches into one.

Additional information

We'll have to take into account URL structure when addressing different user flows.

I added all of the prototype sites I found that should be consolidated. Not sure what the next steps are @mejiaj - thank you!

@jaclinec do you imagine us re-using the zombie prototypes? If not, we can close this issue.

@mejiaj I don't see us re-using these as-is, but I do see a possibility of us making changes to them and using. If it is low effort, it might still be worth consolidating.
