VM freezes for 10-20 seconds, when scrolling

VM completely freezes, it looks as if it was "swapping" or similar. No cursor shows, does not react to any input. It fixes itself after 10-20 seconds.

• UTM Version: 4.0.1
• macOS Version: host: 12.5 guest 13.1
• Mac Chip (Intel, M1, ...): M1, host 16gb ram, guest uses 8gb, the smaller guest ram seems to make it more frequent

My cursor shows and I can move it, but no scroll/click or keyboard input is registered.

I am also seeing this issue since upgrading my host to ventura (guest macos was already on ventura). Is it possible this being caused by the trackpad support that was added recently?

In system preferences, I still just see a mouse, not a trackpad.

I downgraded UTM to 3.2.4 and re-created my Ventura VM. No scrolling lockups on that release.
