UTM 4.6.0 and 4.6.1 crashes intermittently with error

QEMU error: QEMU exited from an error: ERROR:../target/i386/tcg/translate.c:731:gen_helper_in_func: code should not be reached

This is resolved upstream with as part of https://gitlab.com/qemu-project/qemu/-/issues/2581 in commits 4bfdcb24 and 15d95597.

Could this be included in the next build?

Can you provide details for reproducing this crash so I can test it?

Hi @osy

1. Create new virtual machine (Emulate > Windows > Attempt to install any x64-supported version)
2. Install Windows
3. Attempt to install, or do anything that involves disk access, wait for crash.

I'm trying to reproduce now and will post debug logs when I do.
