Description
In folder option should be shown a warning and does not take extra enter in the folder description field

How to reproduce
Issue 1:

Step 1: Go to the knowledgebase -> folder and here give enter in the last in the folder description field:

Step 2: Now create a category and the same folder choose in the category option:

Step 3: Now go to the category option, check here not showing category list and here not edit the folder option:

Issue 2:

Go to the category option, here showing a folder:

Edit from here with these cases:

• With more than 18 characters in the folder name field
• With special characters in the folder name field
• With more than 250 characters in the folder description field

If we use a folder name with more than 18 characters in the folder name field should be shown a warning:

If we use any other special characters in the folder name field so should be showing a warning:

If we use 250 more characters in the folder description from here should be shown a warning:
