Description
When click on the attachments then should be first preview then download the attachment

How to reproduce
Step 1: Open any ticket for check an attachment

Step 2: Now click on any attachment then should be view of attachment also, should not be download directly.

Possible Solution
If we have click on images then first preview then should be shown a download option
