Resize of map panel always zooms to max extent #5

On resize of the map panel makes the map zoom to max extent. If the map is zoomed in then this is not a wanted behavior.
This happens because of:

In Map.js
afterLayout(), runs after resize, it calls me.renderMap() on line 328.

renderMap() runs setInitialExtent()

This will set zoom and center or zoom to max extent.

A check if the zoom level is different from initial set and zero is one solution to solve this.
