Describe the bug

Launch or restart computer. The taskbar toolbar separators have moved from where they were when I shutdown or restarted.

Expected outcome

Typically, in Windows 10, you could adjust the separators between the toolbars added to show or not show icons, so that the shown icons can be quickly clicked on to launch, and the rest of the icons in that toolbar folder are only shown in a pop up menu. The very specific placement of the separators, when the taskbar is locked, would never move until the taskbar is unlocked and the separators are manual adjusted again.

Actual outcome

After installing ExplorerPatcher on a new computer with windows 11, after every restart or cold boot, the new toolbars I've added have their separators automatically readjusted, even with the taskbar locked, exposing icons that I specifically want kept in the popup menu portion that the separator specifically provides.

does it happen when your monitor turns off? If so, it might be caused by this: #3796

It has been a few days, and the "bar changing size" issue has not returned in multiple boots, but unfortunately, I have done so many changes every day in setting up this new PC, it is impossible to know which one did the trick!
I apologize for not being able to provide whatever the fix was, but I did SOMETHING, and now have no problem.
Thanks anyway.
