I can't pin/unpin tiles to/from Windows10 start menu #4109

Before reporting your issue

  • I have confirmed that this issue does not happen when ExplorerPatcher is not installed
  • I do not have "register as shell extension" enabled
  • I have tried my best to check existing issues

Repro ExplorerPatcher versions

22621.4317.67.1

Repro Windows Versions

Windows 11 23H2 22631.4602 x86

3rd party tweak software installed

Describe the bug

When I right click an app and select "Pin to Start", it doesn't work. But I can Pin an app by drag it from app list to start menu, and it can‘t be undone, cause when I right click an app which is pinned to start, it show "Pin to Start" instead of "Unpin from Start"

Expected outcome

When I select "Pin to start", the app pin to start
When I right click an app which is pinned, the menu show "Unpin from Start" instead of "Pin to start"

Actual outcome

When I select "Pin to start", nothing happens
When I right click an app which is pinned, the menu show "Pin to start", and when I select it ,nothing happens
