When enabling this, there is a big delay before the desktop is shown in newer builds like 22000.168. It is similar to the effect of UndockingDisabled which has been mentioned in a few places, including https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/solved-build-22000-xx-old-taskbar-and-keep-explorer-new-features.83668/page-6.
