Update code completion sorting priority so that Silk components appear before compose components

One user mentioned that the Compose ones always show up before the SIlk ones which they usually don't want. If it's possible to influence the ordering / scoring of the code completion list, we might want to bump of stuff under the com.varabyte.kobweb package

No idea if this is possible yet. It is a reasonable first step to investigate the IJ APIs and close this as not possible if, well, it's not possible.
