Support manifest from schema2

When the promoter copies an image in the destination registry, the image receives the manifesto according to scheme 1, even when the initial image had the manifesto according to scheme 2. It would be desirable to have an opportunity to copy images with saving of type of the manifesto.

I tried to finish the promoter for support of such behavior, but there were many questions on transition to the schema2/manifest model, for example, where should remain a name, a tag and other upon transition from minifestV1 to manifestV2. Perhaps, it was necessary to finish also manifestV2?
