https://vcpkg.roundtrip.dev/ports/minizip and no need to use the old "bundled" version any more

using latest minizip from vcpkg causes build errors for now. This is why it is not included yet.

could you post an error? is it a linker one about undefined symbols?

That would require using zlib-ng, idk how easy is the switch
