download mutation list data matrix covid-cg2.5.2

Hello,

Is it possible to download the mutation list data matrix of the covid cg 2.5.2 for sars-cov-2?
I can't find the data matrix in the folder covidcg-2.5.2 (https://github.com/vector-engineering/covidcg/releases/tag/v2.5.2)
I look for a .json or .xlsx version of it.

Hi,

Which mutation list data matrix are you referring to? Can you provide a picture if it's something displayed on the site?

We do not share any data in the repository itself, only on our hosted database.

Hi Albert,
I usually download the json from this download tab (left-hand side of the screenshot) from the online webpage https://covidcg.org/?tab=report

The problem is that the website version is the 2.5.1 beta1 and is not the most recent.

Hi Carlotta,

Apologies for the confusion in the versions. We are currently working to push out a newer version (2.7.0) with some additional features, but are still doing final testing and bug fixing on our end before publishing to the public site. I will respond to this thread as soon as it is live (should be ready ~2 weeks from now).

The current version of the site still has JSON downloads for the mutation table available. Are you having any issues with the current site's download?

Sorry for the delay in publishing the newer version. v2.7 is now available at covidcg.org and has the mutation data matrix download available
