Note this issue only happens on the develop branch because of recent changes to improve startup time

happens to me with ios 15 beta 8, and element (version not visible, as it doesn't load in the app store completely). however the notification shows the msg, but opening element doesn't show the message in now way (no matter opening directly via notif or otherwise). it's just missing completely.
