In the tabs above you will find the Issues page of our BactMAP project. This page is meant as a forum for for reporting bugs, asking questions & giving suggestions for improvement of BactMAP. This is also the place where we will keep you posted on the status of the suggested improvements & bugs and to let you know when a new version of BactMAP is available.

There are two ways to add a new issue:

  1. Create a GitHub account & log in to GitHub to directly add a new issue on this page yourself by clicking the "Submit new issue" on the bottom right of the Issues page (the button only appears when you're logged in). If you find a related issue on the issues page, you can also comment on that issue instead of starting a new thread.
  2. Alternatively, send us an email and we'll add the issue to this page. You will able to see updates & feedback without being logged in to GitHub.
