おそらくCSSの量が増える対策として実装したんだろうけど、やっぱり "VK Blocks" っていうプラグインの中でやる事ではないよね...
と思うのよね...。

composer の vk-css-optimize の読み込みを削除
vk-css-optimize に対して、フックで TreeShakingの対象外に指定するクラスなどを渡してる部分があると思うのでそれはイキ
