armhf version of hyper for raspberry pi

I would really recommand an armhf version of hyper for raspberry pi using raspbian stretch !

I built it following the readme and it is working to me on arm64 (on raspi 4).

It would be nice, if the arm64 build would be also available under releases.

#7227 fixes the arm64 build, do test it out.
Should be possible to get armhf working using a similar approach
