Describe the solution you'd like
Currently the widget shows with one configureable color, which may not be visible when the wallpaper is the same or close to the widget color. I know that it's configureable, but I have an auto changing wallpaper, so it'd be very tedious to change the widget's color every time the wallpaper changes .

I suggest adding a configureable color background to the widget so that the contrast would be high enough for the widget to be visible at any time, it can also be turned off if someone doesn't want it.

It would also be nice to use material colors for the clock's and background's colors if the material design option is enabled in settings.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Changing the clock color, but it's tedious for every wallpaper change.
