Deno 1.28から作られるようになったlockfileと動的にスクリプトを生成するesm.shとの相性が悪いので別の手段を検討する

Note: vim-jpで聞いた所 g:denops#server#deno_args に --no-lock を追加するとlockfileを無効化できるらしい
