Thank you for taking the time to reach out.

  • Browser and operating system: Google Chrome Version 91.0.4472.114 (Official Build) (x86_64); macOS Catalina 10.15.7
  • App version: 1.0.6
  • Description of issue or comments: sometimes, the app doesn't display very recent tickets (submitted ranging from several hours to several days prior); however, if the page is reloaded, the other tickets appear.
