PK Piano v3

Possibly the final release! Changes include:

• Better button layout
• The tones are no longer embedded WAV files! They are generated by NAudio, and you can switch the waveform.
• You can now generate a waveform for comparison while tuning a sample with BRR Player
• More things have ToolTips
• All hex codes are rendered in fixed-width for a cleaner look
• C8 Eraser works smarter, though it isn't perfect and I had to abandon a few ideas I had for it.

This ZIP file includes a lot of dependencies, please unzip it somewhere safe and make a shortcut to the EXE.
