Program:

predicate R(a: Int)

define Q(a) (
    forall x: Ref :: false ==> R(a)
)

method lemma(a: Int) returns (x: Ref)
    requires forall b: Bool :: Q(a)
{
    assume Q(a);
}

Output:

Consistency error: Duplicate identifier a found. (bug2.vpr@1.13--1.14)
Consistency error: Duplicate identifier a found. (bug2.vpr@1.13--1.14)

The "duplicate identifier a found" error message looks wrong. It's even reported twice.
