There are topology.kubernetes.io/region and topology.kubernetes.io/zone label on ecs node(in 1.16, those are failure-domain.beta.kubernetes.io/region and failure-domain.beta.kubernetes.io/zone). Those label can be used for podAntiAffinity.

But the virtualnode created by alibabacloud-eci doesn't have those label, which makes podAntiAffinity doesn't work properly.
