6mm and 6.5mm size?

Can I print a 6 and 6.5 mm size by changing the parameter sizes as shown in the wiki page? Will the entire project scale to that size correctly. I am no expert in FreeCAD so any advise you might give me would be helpful. I am working on a project now with a 6.2mm barrel size and after printing the small set realized it did not scale down far enough.

Do you already have STL files available for those sizes? I did not see them in the repo if so?

Yes, you can just follow the instructions in the wiki. Just change the spr_d parameter in the spreadsheet to the size you want and generate it. A 6.2mm barrel means you will need something like 5.8mm winder or so.

Also, you will want to use a piano wire instead of a staple pin. Bend it with pliers, fit it into the jig and cut it.

Turns out I was wrong on this barrel size. It was not that small. Thank you for the additional information on the customization.
