In the SCC binding window, I think VS.NET displays this as "server"

Looking at MSSCCPRJ.SCC files on GitHub, for VSS at least, SCC_Aux_Path points to the VSS share while SCC_Project_Name points to the actual place in VSS where the solution/project file lies.
