Can I an api with the endpoint of "/global"?

I am having trouble running a deployed build while also consuming my API which has the endpath of /global. In the build version, the word global becomes encoded into %7B%7D which is HTML for {}.

Here is a snippet of my vite config.

  define: {
    global: {},
  },

Are there any solutions outside of changing the endpath of the API?

global shouldn't be put in define option.
