Today "npm run dev" is not working

I am trying to run "vite with react" more than 5 times. But I cannot.

Or change the version vite to ^5.4.10 in package.json

me to have the same error so I downgraded my version to 4.0 then it worked, so now onwards it will like this only when creating vite project

I have got the same troubleshot, and got here and found some tips then i implemented it and didnt work.
I kept the modification, and i continued searching and a found a prompt: "npm install vite --save-dev"
Then: "npm run dev"
It worked, it gave the port of localhost.
