Tracking Issue: Migrate VReplication Client Commands to Vtctldclient

Feature Description

We're in the process of moving vtctl client commands from vtctlclient to vtctldclient so that we can deprecate and eventually remove the older vtctlclient program. This ticket will track the VReplication related work toward that end.

As part of migrating each command, we will also need to do the following:

• Update any usage in Vitess examples
• Update any usage in the latest Vitess website version docs
• Update any Vitess Operator usage
• Migrate related unit tests
• Update any usage in endtoend tests

Note Both VReplicationExec and VDiff1 are now deprecated so depending on when vtctlclient actually gets removed, we may not need to migrate them.
